Tiwa Savage, a star of the Nigerian music scene, performed at King Charles III’s coronation concert at Windsor Castle in England.
The occasion happened on Sunday night, the day after King Charles III was crowned in Westminster Abbey on Saturday.
Keys to the Kingdom, a song written by Tiwa Savage, Mr. Eazi, and Beyonce for the Lion King album, was performed. Several musicians, including Take That, Katy Perry, and Olly Murs, performed at the concert.
The Prince and Princess of Wales were present to observe the performances from the Royal Box. The British crowd and other attendees at the coronation celebration enjoyed Tiwa Savage’s heartbreaking performance.

Tiwatope Savage, better known by her stage as Tiwa Savage, is a Nigerian actress, singer, and composer. She was born in Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria, on February 5, 1980. Tiwa Savage, one of the most popular female performers in Africa, is frequently referred to as the “Queen of Afrobeats.”

Tiwa Savage began her musical career as a backup singer for performers like Mary J. Blige and George Michael. After competing in the 2006 season of The X Factor in the UK. She rose to fame in the Nigerian music industry.

On May 6, 2023, at Westminster Abbey, Charles III and his wife Camilla were crowned as rulers of the United Kingdom and the other Commonwealth states. After the passing of his mother, Elizabeth II, on September 8, 2022, Charles succeeded to the throne.
